I haven’t left yet so this in the nature of a test. I have all my fingers and toes crossed that I will make it to the plane next Wednesday 17th September without any dramas or mishaps. So many niggling anxieties …Where is my passport? Do I need to get any new Turkish lira before I leave? How long does it take to get from Burwood to Tullamarine? will my ancient mother remain upright (holding walker of course) for the next week or so? Will my bad knee buckle and will I go a… over Turkey? And will that be Terri’s trip?
